01About the service
Pick Pro is an independent sports research product. It presents information, statistics and analysis tools. It does not accept or execute bets, hold betting deposits or pay winnings. Bankrolls and bet records are tracking tools. An external operator is responsible for any bet placed with it. This draft describes the closed test and the intended subscription model.
02Age and access
The service is intended for people aged 18 or over. Do not use it if you are under 18 or access is prohibited where you live. Accounts and research tools are available during the closed test, with access managed by our team. Registration does not create a paid subscription. Automated billing is planned after the test.
03Permitted use
Use the service lawfully for your research. Do not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, misuse personal data, redistribute licensed datasets without permission or manipulate sporting events. Rights in the software, brand and content belong to their respective holders, preserving your statutory rights and lawful uses.
04Monthly prices and billing
The proposed subscription costs R$69.90 per month for a main sport of your choice, plus R$29.90 monthly per additional sport. Prices are in Brazilian reais. The calculator does not process payments. Before purchase, checkout must identify the supplier, available sports, recurring total, renewal and cancellation terms. Extras require explicit selection. No bundles are available.
05Cancellation and consumer rights
Cancellation and refund channels must be presented before purchase. Applicable consumer rights are preserved, including the seven-day withdrawal right for qualifying distance contracts. No clause limits mandatory refunds, legal remedies or access to consumer protection bodies. The preview does not yet offer subscription management or refunds.
06Research limits and responsibility
Historical frequencies do not guarantee future outcomes. Data and prices may change or contain errors. Check the source, capture time and operator’s actual conditions before deciding. Betting can cause dependency and the loss of the entire stake. These terms do not exclude mandatory legal liability or shift responsibility for service defects onto consumers.
07Changes and disputes
Material changes must be communicated clearly without retroactively removing acquired rights. Access restrictions for security, maintenance or unlawful use must respect consumer protections. Brazilian law governs the Brazilian offer without excluding other mandatory protections. Access to the competent courts is preserved, including the consumer’s home forum where the law provides it.
08Provider and contact
The legal name, CNPJ/CPF where applicable, business address and public support contact are pending confirmation. These terms therefore remain a draft. These details and an effective support channel must be published before subscriptions open. Do not send documents or sensitive information to unverified contacts.
