Privacy Policy
How account access, preferences and saved research are handled during the closed test.
Last reviewed:
01Controller and scope
This draft covers the Pick Pro public pages and signed-in research tools during the closed test. The controller’s legal identity, address and privacy contact remain pending confirmation. External bookmakers and services have their own privacy notices.
02Preview data
Registration collects your email address and password, which is stored as a hash. Your account stores verification and access status, language, timezone and odds-format preferences. When you use research and tracking tools, we store saved selections, tickets, bankrolls and bet records. Login and session records include technical information such as IP address, browser and access times. The pricing calculator does not process a payment.
03Purposes and legal bases
Account and session data support sign-in, email verification, password recovery and access control. Preferences customize the interface. Saved research and tracking records let you revisit selections and results. The processing record and legal bases remain pending operational confirmation. Browsing does not authorize optional tracking, advertising or marketing.
04Browser storage and cookies
Sign-in uses the pickpro_access and pickpro_refresh cookies for authentication and pickpro_session to indicate a session to the interface. Preferences are also stored locally under pickpro.preferences and remain until changed or cleared. The application does not install advertising pixels or audience analytics scripts. Infrastructure cookies, if enabled, must be inventoried separately.
05Your rights
Where applicable under the LGPD, you may request confirmation, access, correction, sharing information, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary or unlawful data, portability under the rules and withdrawal of consent. You may also challenge unlawful processing and request review of qualifying automated decisions. The public request channel is pending confirmation. You can manage local data through the browser and contact the ANPD or consumer protection bodies.
06Providers and security
Hosting and network services receive request information, which may include IP address, browser, requested path and time. Providers, countries, safeguards and retention must be confirmed against the live deployment. Access controls, transport protection and incident procedures are required; no system is risk-free. International transfers, if any, require a valid LGPD mechanism and disclosure; this draft does not certify an implemented mechanism.
07Retention and future features
Account, saved research and tracking data persist to provide your account history. You can remove saved items and request account deletion through Settings. Server, security and backup retention periods and deletion from backups remain pending confirmation. Automated billing is planned after the closed test; payment processing will require an updated notice before activation.
08Contact, minors and changes
The service is intended for adults. A working privacy contact, procedures for requests and reports involving minors, and the controller’s identity must be added before finalization. Material changes to purposes, recipients or choices will be communicated. Updating the policy does not provide consent to a new optional use.
